36 new Covid-19 cases; Nagaland’s tally at 451

Dimapur, June 29 (EMN): Thirty-six more Covid-19 positive cases were detected on Monday, taking the state’s tally to 451.
“Nineteen new cases of Covid-19 positive have been reported out of 322 samples tested. Eighteen from Jakhama QC and one from Peren QC,” the minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom, tweeted in the morning.
Later in the evening, he tweeted again to inform that 17 more cases had been detected at Tuensang.
Health authorities in Nagaland have declared 168 patients as recovered so far. As per the Health department’s update, there are 283 active cases in the state. The recovery rate is at 38%.
As of June 29, Peren has 83 active cases, followed by Kohima with 86; Dimapur with 52; Mon with 38; Tuensang with 20; Zunheboto with three; and Phek with one active case.
