DIMAPUR — The newly elected member of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA), Wangpang Konyak from 43-Tapi Assembly Constituency took the oath of office on Monday.
NLA Speaker Sharingain Longkumer administered the oath of office to Konyak at the NLA Secretariat, in the presence of CL John, Minister for Forest, Environment & Climate Change, Village Guards and Kropol Vitsu, MLA & Advisor, Prison & Stationery. Party leaders of the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP), to which Konyak belongs, were also present along with supporters from his constituency.
The newly elected member signed the roll of members of the Assembly in the presence of Khruohituonuo Rio, Secretary-In-Charge, NLA.
