78 CRPF conducts civic action programme in Sechu-Zubza

DIMAPUR — 78 CRPF located at Zubza donated water storage tanks and water hose pipes to Sechu-Zubza village through its civic action programme on Friday.

The water storage tanks and water hose pipe were distributed to the needy villagers by the chief guest and DIG (Ops) of CRPF Kohima, Manish Kumar Sachar, in the presence of WR Josuah, commandant of 78 CRPF, officers and men, village council members and the villagers of Sechu Zubza at village council hall.

Khriengulie Kuotsu, chairman of Sechu Zubza village council, stated that the water hose pipes would be useful in supplying water from the nearby stream to the villagers, while the water storage tanks would ameliorate the problems of poor villagers in storing water during the dry seasons.

He further expressed gratitude to 78 CRPF for always extending a helping hand to the village.
