Assam Rifles organises drawing competition, plantation drive

DIMAPUR — Assam Rifles organised a drawing competition and a tree plantation drive at Government Middle School, Kezo town, on Thursday, in which a total of 110 students participated.

According to a press release, the theme of the competition was “Jai jawan: salute to our real heroes”. The event aimed to instill the spirit of patriotism in the students and remind them of the sacrifices made by soldiers in protecting the nation.

It said that the plantation drive witnessed exuberance amongst the students in contributing towards environmental sustainability.
