DIMAPUR — The deputy commissioner (DC) and district election officer (DEO) of Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa, has organised a training for booth level officers (BLO) of Tuensang district relating to the special summary revision of photo electoral roll with respect to January 1, 2024, as the qualifying date and a hands-on training on BLO App on July 25 at CKS conference hall in Tuensang town.

In her introductory note, Lithrongla stressed the importance of rationalisation of polling stations, deletion of proxy voters, and enrolment of new voters as per the qualifying date.

AEO Tuensang, Nilo Katiry, made a PowerPoint presentation on special summary revision with respect to January 1, 2024, as the qualifying date, the proposal of new polling stations, and the BLO App.
