Dimapur, Oct. 5 (EMN): Educated Unemployed Bloc (EUB) Kiphire district organised a prayer meet-cum- clean election campaign at Hopongkyu Memorial Hall on October 5. It was organised under the leadership of BJP state executive member Yangseo on the theme: ‘Clean election, clean prosperity,’ an update stated on Monday. EUB Kiphire district, consisting of 2,065 members pledged to support Yangseo unconditionally free of cost, it said.
Meanwhile, it stated that through clean elections, it aimed to eradicate the ‘hostilities between family, clan, Khel and tribe politics’.
Besides, clean election removes ‘hatred, enemity and bloodshed’ and results in electing visionary young leaders, it added. Consequently, there is ‘massive eradication of greediness and selfish ambition’ and eventually generates employment. There is ‘no familism, clanlism, nepotism, tribalism’ and the society is free from corruption, it added.
