Final phase of training for poll personnel held in Dimapur

DIMAPUR — The Dimapur district administration held the second and final phase of training for polling personnel for the urban local body (ULB) elections at Dimapur Government College on Wednesday.

According to a report from DIPR, the trained polling personnel comprised presiding officers, polling officers I and II, and grade IV staff.

In the second phase of training, 715 polling personnel attended the session, which included hands-on exercises conducted by master trainers on operating the ballot box.

It mentioned that a facilitation centre for clearing doubts among the polling personnel will be operational from June 21 to the 24th at the DC office in Dimapur.
