KBC Jubilee Trophy: CKC, Tsiesema Basa enter semis

Kohima, Nov. 1 (EMN): Christ King Church and Tsiesema Basa BC on Tuesday won their respective matches in the ongoing Koinonia Baptist Church (KBC) Jubilee Trophy at Meriema Ground in Kohima.
The two teams will now lock-horn in the first semi-final match on November 3.
In the first match played between Christ King Church (CKC) and Phekerkriema BC, the former blanked their rivals 4-0.
Dziesekhotuo David scored a brace while Kevizenyii Simon and Neilakholie Norbert added a goal each to ensure CKC’s semi-final berth.
In the second match of the day, Tsiesema Basa BC beat Rengma BC 1-0 with lone goal scored by Neikhrietuo Khrabvii.
Wednesday’s quarter-finals fixture
- 1st match – Chedema BC vs Meriema BC (11 am)
- 2nd match – Chakhesang BC vs Chiechama BC (1 pm)
