Kohima, Aug. 11 (EMN): KeBen Delivery, a delivery service at Tseminyu town, was officially launched by the additional deputy commissioner of Tseminyu, Manpai Phom, in the presence of the president of Tseminyu Town Traders’ Union (TTTU) Yhuntilo Kent on August 11.
KeBen Delivery is an initiative of KeBen Enterprise at Tseminyu town, which engaged young and well qualified youth as its support staff. As the enterprise would be using only paper bags, many youth and households are engaged in making paper bags thereby paving a way for them to earn additional income, an update stated on Tuesday.
It has assured safety to the community and commuters during this Covid-19 pandemic by way of avoiding over-crowding in the market, help customers in getting their needs easily, avoid panic buying, promoting local vendors, help local employees and inspire more people to work harder.
It also informed that KeBen Delivery would be operational only within Tseminyu sub-division at the moment. All essential commodities including construction materials would be available for delivery at the door-step, the statement read.
Meanwhile, the enterprise has sought support from everyone to help them serve better.
