Koinonia Baptist Church conducts Vacation Bible School

KOHIMA — The Koinonia Baptist Church (KBC) held its Vacation Bible School on the theme “Scuba: diving into friendship with God (You are my friends if you do whatever I command you)” (John 15:14).

An update from the Koinonia Media Ministry informed that a total of 456 students and officials attended the Vacation Bible School (VBS), which was held at the church premises from June 27 to the 29th.

The gospel service speakers were Medotseilieü Kiewhuo, pastor; Zashekho Hibo, assistant pastor and Neibalie Kiewhuo, pastor.

The update stated that craft and art were conducted for the classes comprising intermediate, primary, beginners and junior CEM.

The valedictory programme of the VBS held on Saturday was chaired by VBS director Visazo Seyie, scripture reading by Avikho Kiewhuo, while presentation and thanksgiving note was said by Belinda Kiewhuo, CEM superintendent.

Awards were presented to the best students of different classes.
