KOHIMA — The Phusachodumi Youth Society (PYS) organised a felicitation programme for Küdecho Khamo, advisor of CAWD and Taxes, was held in Phusachodu village under Phek district on May 27.
Addressing the gathering, Khamo thanked the electorates for electing him to the 14th house of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly and sought continuous support, blessings and guidance to carry forward the welfare and developmental activities.
Khamo also called upon the people to work collectively for all round development of the people in the society. Khamo has thanked the chief minister, Neiphiu Rio, for allotting him the portfolio of CAWD and Taxes and assured to shoulder the responsibility with sincerity and efficiency.
The programme also witnessed short speeches from Phusachodumi Students’ Union, Ciefüzuü Cürhah, president NPF Phek division, Phusachodumi Union of Kohima, Dimapur, Pfutsero and Phek.
The programme was chaired by Phusachodumi Youth Society (PYS) president, Cüsato Rüho, while the welcome address was delivered by the chairman of Phusachodu Village Council, Vehiipa Rose.

Rev. Vevotso Theluo, pastor of Phusachodu Baptist Church, invoked God’s blessing, while a folk tune was presented by women society and women VDB of Phusachodu and duet by Vetavolü Püyo-o and Nüthitsülü Rüho.
The women pastor of Phusachodu Baptist Church, Vengotsolü Chüzho, pronounced benediction.
