Lotha entrepreneurs exhibition underway in Dimapur

DIMAPUR — A two-day 2nd edition of Lotha entrepreneurs exhibition got underway on Thursday at Thikana in Khermahal, Dimapur.

Speaking at the inaugural programmee, the CEO of the Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC), Thungchanbemo Tungoe, encouraged the entrepreneurs to adopt a broader perspective and envision greater opportunities for their businesses. He asserted that enduring struggles not only make them wiser but also contribute significantly to their success as business men and women.

Tungoe also suggested that the Lotha entrepreneurs should collaborate with their counterparts in Wokha for the upcoming event as it would foster connections and creating a unified platform.

He expressed that all Lotha entrepreneurs should come together, share the stage and strengthen their network and added that such collaboration would not only enhance their individual businesses but also promote a spirit of solidarity and mutual growth within the Lotha community.

During interaction, the co-founder of Lotha Entrepreneurs, Irene Sungbeni, mentioned that their aim was to empower Lotha entrepreneurs by creating a robust platform that fosters networking, collaboration and sustainable growth in business ventures.

She mentioned that their objective was to establish a networking platform, organise skill development programs, promote local products and services, facilitate mentorship opportunities, encourage collaborative ventures, create awareness and advocacy and build a community of support.
