MrBeast offers to send pictures of his fans to the moon for $10
Dimapur, Jan. 25 (EMN): Popular YouTube content creator MrBeast has announced on Twitter that his fans can now send their pictures and videos to the lunar surface for just 10 dollars.
Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson, a massively popular YouTuber with more than 52 million subscribers, had been teasing a “big announcement” since Jan 23.
MrBeast announced on Twitter yesterday, Jan. 24 of his plan to send pictures and videos of his fans to the moon onboard NASA‘s rover. He had somehow managed to convince NASA to let him buy some storage space on their rover to make his “historic” plan a reality.
In a YouTube video attached to the tweet, MrBeast says, “I thought it’d be cool to make the universe’s first digital time capsule, which is why you’re here. Every one of you that puts something on the moon will get a certificate of authenticity, so for decades to come you can prove to people that you literally put something on the moon!”
MrBeast urged his fans to help him “preserve humanity” and to grab this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
There are three bundle options for fans to choose from when it comes to sending their pictures or videos to the lunar surface. The three options priced at $10, $42 and $69 respectively along with exclusive merchandise.
Not surprisingly, a huge number of MrBeast’s fans reacted to his tweet and here are some of the best:
