NBSE notifies on digitally signed e- migration certificate

DIMAPUR — Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has informed that the digitally signed e-migration certificate has been made available at its portal https://nbsenl.edu.in/ for HSLC and HSSLC passed candidates starting from the academic year 2023-24.

The head of registered institutions and all concerned are informed that under the IT Act, 2000, a digitally signed document is equivalent to the handwritten/ signed hard copy document. It, therefore, stated that the students in possession of digitally signed e-migration certificate issued by the board should not be deprived of their admission on grounds of non-submission of the hard copy.

It further stated that the said document is embedded with a QR code which may be scanned by any QR code scanner to verify the details of the certificate.
