NDPP leaders campaign for party candidate in Kohima
DIMAPUR — The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) Midland Unit (Ward No. 9) organised a rally in support of their candidate, Kekhrieselhou Angami on June 19 at APO Hall, Upper Midland.
NDPP leaders including Salhoutuonuo Kruse, minister of Women Resources Development and Horticulture; Dr. Kekhrie Yhome, advisor of School Education and SCERT; Dr. Neiphrezo Keditsu, advisor to CM and chairman of Nagaland Khadi and Village Industries Board; Prasielie Pienyü, president of NDPP Kohima region and chairman of NHHDCL; Neivikuolie Khatsu, general secretary of NDPP (central), spoke on the occasion, stated an update from NDPP Midland unit.
Speaking at the programme, Kekhrieselhou Angami articulated his vision and commitment to enhancing the welfare and development of Ward No. 9.
The programme was led by Victor Sogotsu, chief agent, while an invocation prayer was said by Rev. Medoneiu Usoü, pastor of Midland Baptist Church, and the welcome address was delivered by Atanu Theyo, PS to the minister of Women Resources Development and Horticulture. Cultural items were performed by Kivito and Arenchenla.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Madi Koso, president of NDPP Midland Unit.
