DIMAPUR — To clear extra rush, the Indian Railways decided to extend the periodicity of two summer special trains as per existing days of run, timings, stoppages and composition.
According to an update from Northeastern Frontier Railway (NFR), train No. 06570 (Guwahati – SMVT Bengaluru) special departing from Guwahati every Wednesday at 6 am to reach SMVT Bengaluru on Friday at 10 am, has been further extended to run from May 29 to June 12.
In return direction, train No. 06569 (SMVT Bengaluru – Guwahati) special departing from SMVT Bengaluru on Sunday at 12:30 am to reach Guwahati on Tuesday at 5:30 am, has been extended to run from May 26 to June 9.

Train No. 06221 (Mysuru – Muzaffarpur) special departing from Mysuru on Monday at 10:30 am to reach Muzaffarpur on Wednesday at 1:30 pm, has been further extended to run upto June 10.
In return direction, train No. 06222 (Muzaffarpur – Mysuru) special departing from Muzaffarpur every Thursday at 1 pm to reach Mysuru on Saturday at 4:40 pm, has been extended to run upto June 13.
The extension of these train services will benefit wait listed passengers of other trains running in these directions. The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available at IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of NF Railway.
