NLTP Act: NCD convenes joint meeting on February 12

DIMAPUR — The Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) has convened a joint meeting of Dimapur-based civil society organisations on February 12 at 12 noon at NCD conference hall. The council, in a press release, informed that the meeting has been called to discuss the non-response of the state government to the representation earlier submitted by the NCD relating to The Nagaland Liquor Total Prohibition Act, 1989.

Besides the NCD, the following CSOs have been requested to attend the meeting: Dimapur Urban Council Chairman Federation, Dimapur Naga Students’ Union, Dimapur GB’s Union (Sadar), Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Business Association of Nagas, Dimapur District GB’s Association and Dimapur Eastern Naga Students’ Union.
