DIMAPUR — The Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) will be organising a felicitation programme to honour the academic achievements of Naga students who have excelled in the 2024 High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examinations.

The event will recognise the success of Naga candidates who have distinguished themselves in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations. This programme is scheduled for June 28 at the Capital Convention Centre, in Kohima, the federation stated in a press release.

Dr. Kekhrielhoulie Yhome, Advisor of School Education and SCERT, will the special guest of the felicitation programme.

According to the NSF, the programme will also feature inspirational addresses from successful UPSC candidates who will share their journeys and offer encouragement to the meritorious students.

These interactions are designed to inspire and guide the next generation of Naga students towards academic and professional excellence.

“A special prayer will be conducted to bless and support the successful candidates, reflecting the community’s unity and hopes for their future success,” it stated.

The federation has invited all Naga toppers of the HSLC and HSSLC examinations 2024 to attend this event.

“Additionally, we encourage all high schools in Kohima to participate by sending five student representatives each. This occasion offers young students a chance to witness the celebration of hard work and dedication, motivating them to aim for similar success,” the release added.
