Real estate startup JoldiPabo Pvt. Ltd. marks first anniversary
DIMAPUR — JoldiPabo Pvt. Ltd., a rising star in the real estate tech sector in Nagaland, marked a milestone with the inauguration of its new office-cum- celebration of its first anniversary on Aug. 10 in Dimapur.

Founded by Atoho, JoldiPabo Pvt. Ltd. originated from a simple kitchen conversation and has since grown into a team of 15, boasting impressive revenue growth within a year.
“The company’s platform provides a comprehensive online solution for rental home searches, offering a variety of property types, including hotels, paying guest accommodations, guest houses, resorts, and traditional rentals, all accessible via a user-friendly mobile app,” it stated.
Hosheto Achumi, Rtd. Transport Commissioner of Nagaland, commended the founder’s dedication and perseverance. Stating that the startup is a testament to the power of hard work and dedication, he urged the young Naga generation to embrace entrepreneurship and become job creators rather than job seekers.
Y Ruth Muru, Deputy Commissioner of Police (HQ) Dimapur, highlighted the startup’s societal impact. JoldiPabo Pvt. Ltd. has significantly simplified real estate communications, making the process more accessible for the common people in our fast-paced world, she said.
Nunesenuo Chase, Director of YouthNet, emphasised the company’s achievements and progress and expressed happiness that the startup is incubated by YouthNet Incubation Centre.
“Their journey reflects the dedication of their founder and the collective effort of the entire team,” Chase said.
She also pointed out that the startup’s achievements are further underscored by its victory in the 2023 Technology Startup Competition organised by the Department of Technology & Communication (ITC) and supported by STPI at the E-Naga Summit.
Additionally, JoldiPabo Pvt. Ltd. was recognised as one of the top three entrepreneurs from Nagaland at the MeitY TIDE 2.0 Northeast Techathon-X3 event, organised by IIM Calcutta Innovation Park in collaboration with YouthNet, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India’s TIDE 2.0 programme.
