Youth Resources and Sports department informs on scholarships, job vacancies

Dimapur: The Directorate of Youth Resources and Sports has informed that scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Kaziranga University for sports personnel playing for district or state and National games will be given 25% scholarship as per approved sports under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.

The Directorate of Youth Resources and Sports has also invited applications for eligible candidates for appointment in various grades of coaching cadres — senior coach, chief coach and high performance coach — on contract/deputation (including short term contract) basis by Sports Authority of India (SAI). Eligible candidates can apply online and the last date for application online is March 31, an update from DIPR stated.
